What to put in the first message.
Where. An address, a legal land description, or a map pin. Airspace is checked from coordinates, and the answer changes across a single town — so the address is what determines whether authorisation is required, not the postcode.
What it has to prove. A listing that needs to show lot and approach is a different flight from a condition assessment that needs roof-level detail. The shot list follows the argument, not the other way round.
The deliverable. Stills, edited video, a repeat sequence, or raw files — and the format the end use requires.
Any deadline. Weather and airspace authorisation are the two things that move a date. Knowing the hard deadline up front is what allows contingency to be built in rather than discovered.

For engagements inside a larger consulting or professional project, the vendor engagement terms and capability statement are published, and each sector page states the operational constraints for that kind of work.

How do I contact Fly4MEdia?
By email at Parker@veepo.ca. Reply within one business day on any enquiry. The business is based in Calgary, Alberta and covers Alberta and British Columbia routinely, with confirmed work across Canada.
What should an enquiry include to get a quote quickly?
Location or addresses, what the imagery has to prove, the deliverable format, and any deadline. Those four things are usually enough to return a scoped number in one reply rather than a chain of clarifying questions.
Do you quote before the shoot?
Always. Work is quoted against a written scope before anything is booked, with mobilisation stated separately from the fee so travel is never buried inside a day rate.
How quickly can a shoot happen?
The binding constraints are weather and, in controlled airspace, NAV CANADA authorisation. Both are established at scoping rather than assumed, so the date given is a date that holds.
Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?
Yes, on client paper or ours. Site imagery captured under an engagement is treated as client-confidential and is not used as portfolio material unless release is agreed in writing.
