How do you keep repeat aerial captures consistent?
Capture points are recorded as fixed coordinates, altitude and heading, and reproduced on every visit. Because the frame does not move, the sequence reads as one continuous timeline rather than a set of unrelated photographs, which is what makes it usable for reporting.
Can one specification cover sites in different cities?
Yes, and it should. A programme where each site is shot to a different standard produces imagery that cannot be compared. One deliverable specification is applied across every site, whatever its airspace or terrain.
How often should a construction site be captured?
At phase boundaries rather than on a fixed calendar. Progress that is not photographed at the boundary cannot be photographed later — nobody can go back and shoot last March. The interval is set from the build schedule at scoping.
