Flight logs record where and when the aircraft flew. Raw files are available on request rather than as a favour. The shot list is agreed in writing before the shoot and the delivery is checked against it line by line.
None of that is unusual for a production company. It is unusual for it to be offered before the client thinks to ask, which is the point.

Alberta is home ground — every served location is listed with its airspace classification. British Columbia and the rest of Canada are quoted with mobilisation stated separately. Further afield, the worldwide expenses-paid model applies.

How do I get aerial footage of a property I don't live near?
